- Will reduce puffiness and reduces wrinkles under eyes. In cup saturate Chamomile Tea Bags with hot water. Drain tea bags and refrigerate in zip lock bag. Lay down and apply (cold)  tea bag per eye for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Apply  below eyelid as needed. It worked for me.

- Sliced chilled sliced cucumber under eyes. Lay down on flat surface for 15 minutes a day. Will reduce puffiness and wrinkles under eyes.

- The Ancient Greeks and Ancient Egyptians used olive oil for skin rejuvenation. Olive oil has antibacterial and moisturizing properties. The ancient Greeks used olive oil in their baths and as skin protective for athletes. Additional uses were that olive oil was applied directly to facial wrinkles.

- Homemade facial tightens pores, aids in wrinkle reduction  and reduces blemishes. Apply well beaten egg whites over face and neck area. Let dry and remove after approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off and dry face. With cotton ball apply witch hazel.

- Used as moisturize and to rejuvenile facial skin. Green seedless grape halved. Rub grape over face and neck area let dry. Leave on for approximately 15 minutes. Rinse face in cold water.

- Before bedtime massage Castor oil on face and neck areas. Castor oil is a skin moisturizer.   Leave on overnight.

- Before bedtime massage coconut oil on face and neck areas. Coconut oil is a skin moisturizer.  Leave on overnight.

- Wash face it glycerin soap. Glycerin is a humectant and retains moisture.

- Lemon juice applied to wrinkled areas several times a day. Reduces wrinkle and reduce dark skin blotches. Note: lemon juice maybe too irritable for some skin types.

- Aloe Vera plant aids in moisturizing and healing the skin. Used in skin creams, lotions and soaps. 100% aloe vera gel can be purchased or plant can be directly applied to facial skin. Applying directly simply cut leaf vertically and apply fresh gel.

- Avocado oil penetrating plant oil. Rich in vitamin A and D and containing minerals lecithin, potassium and chlorophyll. Moisturizing oil beneficial for mature skin.

- Vitamin E abundant in food (Brussels sprouts, mustard greens, oranges, peaches, cantaloupe and etc.) or supplements.

- CoQ10 vitamin-like compound vital for heart health and antioxidant. The body naturally produces CoQ10. Combined with vitamin E fights damaging free radicals.With aging CoQ10 production  lessens along with collagen and vitamin E. Resulting in skin sagging and wrinkles. Some anti-aging cosmetics contain CoQ10. CoQ10 can be found in supplements.

Meats, poultry and fish provides necessary protein to the diet. Fats and carbohydrates are stored by the body and can result in body fat.  Protein is not stored by the body. Protein foods: beef, chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, dairy products, beans and nuts. Fish is also a good source of Omega-3.
